Oh no, not again! carb 38 in b12

I youse search option, but  with no luck. 

So I fit CV 38 with Dot head b12 in my Inazuma. And got this flat spot at 7k. So strong like kill swith. Carb got bloct power jet got venturi and ramair filter. I also block one of the slide holes. But no resoults.

Main jet 145 mikuni

Jet nedle set third from the top

3.5 out.

Any sugestions? What to do next?

Power screen motor in my bike same carbs but 150 main jet.

Needles at center grove.

Pulls all the way but have noticed end can makes a big difference with these carbs.

What do you mean? Length?

I also got Ti down pipe.

 I found was a Scorpion end can to be good, tryed some other aftermarket can looked good and sounded good but carbs went way out now got a 300mm long un- named cans on, sound well and carbs fell good with no stutter or flat spots.

145 probably gaivea a good nice lean top end, but extremely lean in the mid range. There should be a small mid range jet on those carbs. Maybe give em a couple of sizes up

No but tI did try 2nd from the top and got 2 flat spots now. At 5 and 7k. So I think I went in bad direction. What I discover that thouse carbs are sensitiv in mix screw. 3,5 to rich but above 2 k better.
