  1. Yes I was aware of that. I did chek every single Valve. Takes 3 times of the head. I done oil squirt in pług hole also. Comp rais to 9. Shot I found youse bandit pistons. Is it worth doing it.? On 2 days I it will be sorted.
  2. That's becouse I use Dot head, that been skimming. So to keep 0.80 thu clerance Valve/piston I done some dremel action. Any way, I did not even fire it up. I also use Ramair filter on cv38. I think all that could bee resoult of less restrictive filter. Becouse I use Dot head my options list is short. What you will do ?
  3. On 1st cylinder got 8bar rest around 12-14. Head been teaken off and rebuilt, and still comp not much change . I found small marks od sleves. Od this od the end of pistons. Do I have any other option?
  4. A frend of mine has bandit 170k on it. Bouth when got 60k on clock. Youse for trip mainly. Not much done maintinance.
  5. No but tI did try 2nd from the top and got 2 flat spots now. At 5 and 7k. So I think I went in bad direction. What I discover that thouse carbs are sensitiv in mix screw. 3,5 to rich but above 2 k better.

  7. I youse search option, but with no luck. So I fit CV 38 with Dot head b12 in my Inazuma. And got this flat spot at 7k. So strong like kill swith. Carb got bloct power jet got venturi and ramair filter. I also block one of the slide holes. But no resoults. Main jet 145 mikuni Jet nedle set third from the top 3.5 out. Any sugestions? What to do next?
  8. I fit dot head in b12 with standard head gasket, gsxr cams, standard timing. Ex valve/piston got 1.1 mm. Is that safe?
  9. Now I got 3 sets of cams. I'm not sure what are they . Need them for my dot head. Witch one will be best? The one on the left are in K and ex H The right are from the b12 in K ex M And also I got gsxf 1100 cams in God shape

  11. I pass all yours tips, see what comes up. That is third time in 2 years I rebuild engine. First damage engine it was my foult. Second, the blody painter ad some sand to the engine. So I start again from scratch. Got some bits and bobs laing allaround. Like: Dot head- ported RS 38- bit tired - revs hanging Ti headers 42 dia But I'm not sure going same road. From one hand I have standard healthy b12 engine. From the oder hand I want do that you know power and glory. What I won't achieve is proper bottom power, and of course some on the top. What I have to lose? hmm destroy third engine... What you will do?
