if your torque arm bolts to the frame then the brake hanger swings back and forth with suspension movement.  so it has a spacer/bush where the spindle goes through so the hanger can pivot. but if the torque arm bolts to the swinger then a solid one is used.

The hanger he is showing is likely a slingshot one ? so it's a moving hanger with the bushing and seals. 

@TrunKzturn it over if it is a slingshot one you should see what i mean

I use exacty these parts.

i don’t want to fit the holder an the JMC. 
i need an good idea for a torque link near the axle maybe to fit it in the slotted area

If you don't want to weld on your swingarm just weld two plates on the frame to replace what has been cut off, and you can use the GSXR torque arm

Easy to do and it's steel so no fancy welding required.
