TWISTON Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 As the title says, is this a fairly “easy” job , or does it involve much inbuggerance? Quote
TWISTON Posted February 9, 2020 Author Posted February 9, 2020 I used to have an account here couple years ago, forgot all passwords , got attracted by the false idol that is Faceache “forums”, realised my huge mistake, now I’ve come home, with my tail between my legs, feel free to admonish me before giving me you’re valuable advice! 1 Quote
Blubber Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Nice save This almost got deleted. Now..... You might have forgotten it, but self exploration is advised. Trawling throught the topics in the members projects section will answer a lot of your questions before you need to type them. Hint Happy reading And Welcome back Quote
Captain Chaos Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Welcome home. Wether it's an easy fit depends mostly on what kind of '92 GSX-R750 you're talking about. The oilcooled one, we call it "Slingshot", or the watercooled one which 'Murica didn't get until 1993 but the rest of the world had in 1992. Oilcooled: straight fit, watercooled: quite some surgery needed. Quote
TWISTON Posted February 9, 2020 Author Posted February 9, 2020 Thank you, yes it’s watercooled, so I have some surgery to do! Quote
Jaydee Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 (edited) @TWISTONIt's been covered a few times on here about fitting an oiler in a water boiler. Plenty of reading. And this is close as it involve the 750 frame Edited February 10, 2020 by Jaydee Quote

On behalf of my fellow American Motorcyclists: I would like to thank you for making sure the then new water cooled engine was up to standard before spending our hard earned dollars on it. Quote
