RAGGY Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 hi everyone have a problem with the ignition barrel .you can actually take the key out of the ignition barrel whilst in the on position and the engine running.is it donald ducked and if so can it be fixed or shall i get a new ignition.cheers raggy Quote
Gixer1460 Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 Its Fubar'd - the key definitely should not be removable when in run position! I'm no locksmith to know if its fixable so i'd go for a new lock - only downside is a different / original key required for fuel cap! Quote
Nik Posted July 9, 2019 Posted July 9, 2019 (edited) Raggy; So? As long as it's otherwise ok, is it a problem? Edited July 9, 2019 by Nik Quote
RAGGY Posted July 10, 2019 Author Posted July 10, 2019 just a bit worried if i hit a pothole whilst riding could jump out. Quote
