If it's out of the frame then you can take off the rocker cover and check if it's got shim head which the 91 would. Or simpler again, get in touch with the guy and find out what the engine number prefix and put it up here. The latter option could save you the trip. 1 Quote Link to comment

Captain Chaos Posted September 15, 2015 Share Posted September 15, 2015 my 1100F engine has V707 prefix.Take off clutch cover, 1100F has helical clutch gear and coil spring clutch, R has straight gear and diafragm clutch. Or you can pull the clutch lever, linear resistance means coil springs, first heavier and then light resistance means diafragm spring. 1 Quote Link to comment
