Mk.2 carbs are a few mil different spacing to mk.1 @no classI have 2 sets of mk.2 carbs on the shelf. I can measure them when I get home later if needed. Quote
Nickel Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Yes I mean the slingshots, but I can't confirm that mk2 has different spacing. Put an MK2 carb to MK1 engine without any trouble in spacing. They went straight in. Quote
Foz Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Inlet rubbers on a mk1 are the same as the gsxr for 36mm carbs, part numbers run aequentially 1-2-3-4 where as the mk2 inlet rubbers aren't they are 2-2 in that the left 2 are the same and the right 2 are the same Quote

Nickel Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Sorry for the confusion. I can 't remeber whether I changed the rubers too. Only thing I can remeber is that it went straight in. Quote
