Cam motion cams

Hey up all. Just putting the top end back in a gsxr 100 engine I'm building. It's been made up of a collection of bits I've got from a selection of places to try and build a fast road motor. 

I've got a set of Cam motion cams for it. One marked G21 and the other marked G28.

First question.. which ones intake and which is exhaust?

Secondly anyone know what timing I ought to be running with them?

Very informative and quite interesting. Make sure the Cams are G21X and G28X as they are different to G21 & G28!

That is what google search does you never know were you will end up , but hopefully all sorted now as it first started on Faceache
