@clivegto did you use the MK2 rubbers or have they been changed for MK1 or other oil cooled inlets ? - trying to understand whether dezza's intake/carb guide is right
No the mk2 rubbers will not fit the mk1 carbs so presumably there mk1. This was as is in picture when I bought it.

@McLean Racingmade me laugh out loud under interesting facts, found under a tree, certainly doesn't look like that now it's a credit to you.

There used to be a firm selling slabside race rearsets on Eblag (race products), good quality and cheap. I had some on a previous build. I can not find the shop. Have they ceased trading ?
Seem to think someone said he had health issues.

alternatively, if you used a set of 750 aircooled cases, theyre a shell crank motor so you could use a stretched oilcooled crank as 750 aircooled cases are everywhere propping shed doors open and stopping canal barges from drifting away.....
Oil cooled cranks are one piece though so a bit more tricky to extend.

I was just going to mention that one. I’d like to know more about it!
I did have a good chat with him on the Friday night while consuming lots of beer. It's based on a 750, crank is just pressed together and the cams are cut and shut using interference slugs no welding. He's a good engineer just did it to see if he could. @davecaraknows him better so might be able to tell more.

I'm running a ignitech on the the 1216cc turbo Harris just on the standard map with no issues. Been wondering if it's waisted on my setup to be honest.

On my quest for another turbo I came across this.
I'm also looking into a VF23.
Can you tell me if the VF23 is bigger than the TD04? Dimension wise?
I'm not really looking for a turbo with more output, but the plain bearing turbo's keep stuffing up for some reason, the ball bearing I had previously (VF20) stayed alright, no clue what goes wrong, seems to get plenty of oil..
Thanks

Because I don't know, and I'm not afraid to ask... with this combo of parts, what did you end up for a deck height after adding the 2mm spacer?
0 busa rods are longer than B12.
