  1. Perfect Jaydee, just what I needed :)

ST-2 Specs are more for the future, ST-1's are going in this winter for sure.

Doing a bit of head work. +1.5mm intake and cleaning up the ports plus a tad more cc's. ST-1's cuz I got em.

Easy stuff this year. Big stuff next year ;)

  2. Hoping to finally work on my slabby this winter.

I have a set of Yoshi ST-1 and ST-2 cams but don't have the set up specs for them.

Anyone have a scan of / or can quote me the specs from the set up sheets please :)

(most likely going to put in the ST-1's. Don't think I will have the time to put in shortened valve guides and all)

  3. yes baffle was included. all i know its a pro pipe, i bought it for £150, not sure what you mean by 2.5 ?

Is the baffle ID 2.5" (63mm)?

My ProPipe didn't come with one.

I think I have tracked the baffle down threw a V&H supplier. Just checking to see what yours came with.

  4. Ya, since I am going lock-up I have to admit that my main reason for doing so is that I have loads of NOS OEM plates for the coil clutch. Offsets the expense of the swap.

  5. So what the heck is the difference between the Pre-2001 and the Post-2001 pistons in the Blandit motors?

The pistons and cylinders have different pt#'s but everything else is the same (crank, rods, pins, cylinder head).

Most of the aftermarket head gaskets and piston rings stop at 2000.

Everything i see on the interweb has all Blandits at the same claimed capacity (1157cc)

    What gives?

    Higher compression pistons?

  6. Anybody know if the Water Cooled 1100 basket will work instead of the 88-92 1100 basket conversion?

It also has 72T prime gear and has a metal basket.

Although the friction plates have a different part# they are the same tooth like engagement to the basket. Different thickness?
