Cheers mate but think I'm gonna throw it into the slabby 750 motor I have gathering dust. Will stick the 750 top end on the 6 if I get bored

You remember if the cases needed to be opened up for the bigger liners @Bow?

Forgot to post this... It was apparently stripped due to a 3rd gear whine.........
  8. That's what I was talking about
  9. I couldn't find them the last time I was looking on their site
  10. It's been done loads of times, just plastiguage it. Other option to an insert, is cut it off and make up a bracket that bolts down with the cam caps bolts.
  11. It just bolts up but whether it does anything is up for debate. Really the feed needs to be taken from the oil gallery under the ignition pick up... Or so the argument goes.
  12. 12 motor is about 70kg without carbs, cooler and fluids
  13. Yeah I thought 150s was the limit for slingshots and they're lighter
  14. The block needs to be decked because the pistons sit above the deck, but that's with busa rods iirc. Busa slugs will give low compression, dot head would bring it back up a bit but still on the low side. @Duckndiveis the man to talk to.
  15. I'll hopefully make it over I'll bring the whiskey
