Spring in my b12 motor. Part has been superseded by a slightly longer spring. I imagine it's the same for slabby and slingshot but not 100% Other option is a manual one.

It'll work but more top end than rs36. Flatslides are never gona run great down low anyway. I've a set of RS40s and no motor big enough for them

@GeorgeEI7KOyou know how you love wiring...

would have been going that route but insuring them in Ireland is pretty much impossible.... But it's on the list B12 motor has busa rods and slugs waiting on the shelf

Cam timing check.... something is not quite right

Was too early, had it arse about face -
Yeah, that's what I figured. Too much mucking about fitting the bandit sensor. Think I'll replace the gauge with a light wired to the slingshot sender

But the inlet cam shouldn't move when you put the idler in -
Have a m/n tank with sender, any issues with mating it to a b12 loom? Would it just be fuel light or register a fill level? Cheeeers

I got the step son to 3d print a cover to replace the tps

It's timing mark 1 on the exhaust that has to line up with top of head, others don't matter -
Well anything from the 1127s or 1157 will go in. Gsxr cams will give a bit more power at expense off bottom end. I'm not sure how much abuse the shaft will take tho.

I'm not one to stop Off licence was first port of call after here
-
I believe so but I just got a new stem made, wasn't expensive.

Yeah, thought i had the slack out but it had to be that... Looked like I was 1 tooth out so was gona move the sprocket... So I stripped to redo, the chain hopped off the sprocket, had to reset it, rebuilt... THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED Third time was a charm lol Know the fucker inside out now

Have gsxr head gone onto the b12, fitting gsxf 11 cams. Soooo, timing marks lined up, 24 pins between... Torque everything down, fit the cam chain tensioner, clicks in... Go to turn the motor, the crank turns, tensioner takes up more slack and now my timing marks don't line up What am I missing here???
