Yer bike looks Lush. Just had a look at mine. It has sat in the garden for two years under a plastic cover. looks very sorry. i went out to do some work on it today but then startin f'ing raining. I'll do my best to get it back on the road this week coming. i need to know if i can still ride her. Time will tell.

Bonus if they did. the down pipes /exhaust may be the only other thing they ma have restricted but who wants a standard pipe?

17e00 is the number. that's original ecu from 92 wn. Can't see the top of the carbs. tank in the way.

By the look of things in the manual, the german bikes have smaller main jets. You should have 112.5 for number 1&4, 115 for 2&3 on UK bikes. I'll look on my bike in morning for ECU i think it's 17e20 But i shall check laters. I think the cams are the same.

Cool. That's a bonus.

Hello Pete, Just down the road from you. Hope ya still about.
-
the Main bearing are the same on All cranks. Just need to match them up with what ever crank you fit to it. Gsxr 600 - 1100 w/c and rf9 have the same crank cases.
-
How's the exhaust? Got it fitted yet?
-
Do you BSt 38 carbs or 36?
-
They use to make the inside a bit deeper to stop the slider coming up as high. ,hence not getting full power. Not sure if the german ones did. If you check the part numbers with UK model , soon show what has been changed. I am fairly certain the ECU is where most of the restrictions are. Be careful tho as the 94-95 ECU have a different plug.

CDI, carbs/carb tops, timing. These only produce about 100hp-ish as standard anyways.

I should hopefully be on the road this month. it's been a while. Which reminds me. need to change tyres before MOT. Hopefully ,One shall receive a Pass.
If ya get stuck, Call me on here. Oh, and the Ti headers from k1- thou. (Dont get the six or seven fifty K series pipes. they're too short) fit with a bit of heat and swearing
-
Rf9 with seven fifty head, cams and carbs. Their was a 999cc big bore for the rf9. To change to an 1100 you will need the crank barrel clutch etc as the clutch are specific to each engine, cases are all the same from 600 thro to 1100. gears are a bit of fun as well to match up as come have holes thro the gear shafts for clutch too..
Keep the rf9 and seven fifty combo is a no brainer. You will also need a hydro clutch lever thingy. port the head and all will be good. seven carbs will need bigger jets size depending on whether you use standard air box or socks. hope that helps.

Quarter mile. 11 sec if ya have quick reactions but you should be under 11.7. guess it depends on the track really.

Yes, They were used on the rf900.
Guessing you are looking for spares?

If you are going to use a CLAMP METER for DC, Make sure it has a Hal sensor in the clamp. Old trans former type only measure AC ,one wire at a time only.

yes, but you will need to match up the bearing shells to your new crank case and crank shaft. they aint cheap. tho they may have dropped in price since i last looked.
-
oh and don't get the ones with the balance pipe between No 2 and 3, just makes the job harder but ya could just cut it and sleeve/weld it up.
-
k1 1000 ti pipes and later will fit (y and later k series750 are too short) with a bit of heat applied to spread them apart , but the lower part will need adjusting to get round the sump but i cheated by fitting an rf 900 engine instead but you could swap out the 750 sump for an rf 900 one but you will need the rf900 pump pick up as well. Can't remember if anything else is needed. my memory is not very good anymore.. SRAD ones won't fit as the pipes are the wrong diameter. earlier oil one may fit but you will have to ask them who know. Don't mention watercooled bikes in the oil cooled section if you value your self worth tho. they can be a bit touchy. Sssh. i wasn't me. oh and i can't remember anything much as my memory is bad. did i mention that?

Err hello and all of the above. but if you like , check the loom and connector on the front right side of the bike under the faring trim thingy. just below the right handle bar. you will need to know which way to turn the screw driver handle thingy.
i see Vizman is still on form. nice.
laters.
