Alex
Are there such things as velocity stacks for standard 12 bandit carbs? Or has any one made something similar for them? Quote Link to comment
Alex
Forgot to say I have a mk1 bandit Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Not recommended on CV carbs, but i've done it on my Yoshi. Better off with dual filters, K&N or S&B which leads to re-jetting. If your bike is standard, don't bother as it'll never run as good unless Dyno time is used too Quote Link to comment
Alex
I have a head with 1mm skim / ported / Kent reground cams. Am looking at rejeting carbs to 150 or 155 then Dyno time. Already have 4-2-1 acrapovic, 5 deg advance timing. Just going to throw this in, are rs38 flat sides worth having now I've tuned the engine a bit? Quote Link to comment
CockneyRick
Yes, if you have deep pockets Quote Link to comment
clivegto
You can use the original air box rubbers or silicon reducers with ram air socks. Have used both & they work well. 2 Quote Link to comment
