fergmc
Not sure I would think careful drilling but it could also be spark eroded although maybe thats a bit drastic. We used to spark erode in my previous employer. Most times im in that fix at home its a careful drill and removal.ferg Quote Link to comment
gray711
My usual fix for such a issue is to drill a smallish hole in the offending screw & wack a slightly oversized torx fitting in the hole & gently turn till the bugger unscrews.Granted, mixture screws aren't exactly meaty but if you use a small enough drill bit & torx, job is usually a gooden Quote Link to comment
fatblokeonbandit
Only time ive been successful doing this was with a small left handed drill...as it cut in it bit and it whizzed out Quote Link to comment
paulszx9
Unfortunately it didn't work so I'm after a carb for a 600 bandit as long as the mixture screw works Quote Link to comment
