Unfortunately it didn't work so I'm after a carb for a 600 bandit as long as the mixture screw works

Hi all Just bought a 600 engine with carbs got it home all Ok so today I decided to take it apart and have a look and one of the mixture screws has no head on it like some one has stripped the end of . so my question is how the f##k can I get it out
