Want to run a OP gauge from this point (robbed pics) as mine's on the bike ramp & limited access to RH side.

Tried undoing it, but the buggers tight & angle of me was bad.

So rather than round it off, i'll wait til it's off the ramp.

And with that said, i have the gauge & std banjo on the end, but i'd guess it's way too small, so what do i need to attach it?

Unfortunately stating the obvious - that's the problem when you drill out the key recess - either can't tighten sufficiently or can't ever loosen!

You could try using a cold chisel or a punch near the outer radius and knock it round? I change that std bolt for a proper adaptor that has a hex on it, it stays in the case and a 'normal' pipe / hose fitting attaches to it.

Like the cam link converter type?

Mine's not tampered with, still got the hex head. Just didn't want to force it at the angle i was trying to work from & totally round it off!

those plugs are normally a bastard to get out . I end up with a centre punch on the edge tapping it round . You could drill out the standard plug then get a peice of hex bar and put the required thread in the middle and tig weld it to the original plug .
