Bandit 600 mk1 shock upgrade

Hello guys,

 

I have a Mk1 Bandit 600, and I can buy a Gsxr600/750 K6/7 shock. Is this a good upgrade? 

Hope to be racing with the little girl next year.

I've heard people putting b12 shocks on a b6 as a upgrade, and Hayabusa gen 1 on b12.

I don't know about gsxr 6/750 ?

the only straight swop for a mark 1 is a gsxr 1000 K7/8 , or a b12 one but they will be pants.ive fitted about 10 gsxr ones to various b12 and b6's

If your thinking about racing then spend money on a proper shock for the bike , hagon do a nice adjustable one or can do a custom one if you require.

Thanks guys, I think I will look for a gsxr1000k7 because its a low budget thing  ;-)
