canamant Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 I'm fed up swapping discs on my slabby race bikes when I change wheels. Anyone know what other suzuki model disc fits the rear wheel. 750FGH is 220mm. Got a few sets of wheels for each slabby so going to need a good few discs ! Thanks Quote

vizman Posted September 7, 2017 Posted September 7, 2017 why not just keep one of each of the rear caliper hangers @canamant , short slabby one and a longer slingy one. that's me presuming you had more slingy discs than slabby ones..... Quote
vizman Posted September 7, 2017 Posted September 7, 2017 ....in future i'll endeavour to read the first post Quote
canamant Posted September 7, 2017 Author Posted September 7, 2017 Thanks Swiss Toni. I was thinking along the lines of newer bikes. All the old slabby ones appear to be worn thin now and scrutes tend to frown on worn down brake components ! Quote
Swiss Toni Posted September 7, 2017 Posted September 7, 2017 That's all the bikes, old and new, that tally up with the Slabby rear disc part number. So, you're tied to them, I'm afraid! Quote
canamant Posted September 7, 2017 Author Posted September 7, 2017 Cheers !. Thought one of the 600s had a small disc but mounting hole PCD must be different. Quote
Swiss Toni Posted October 27, 2017 Posted October 27, 2017 (edited) This might be a bit late in the day for you, but I've just came across this, buried in the 'puter! It may be useful to others? These are the same diameter (220mm) as Slabbie rear discs, but slightly thinner: '96 - '07 GSXR 750 '01 - '07 GSXR 1000 '03 - '07 SV 650/1000 '93 - '03 TL & TLR 1000 Plus, on a 240mm dia. Macduff Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 Probably a stupid question .. Do all those disks have the same bolt center diameter? Quote
Swiss Toni Posted October 29, 2017 Posted October 29, 2017 I would say yes, as they're all an alternative fitment for 750 Slab. Quote
