Mk1 and mk2 b12 forks

Dose anybody know what the difference is between the mk1 and mk2 forks are and will they interchange?

I fitted early forks onto an 06 model, I think the internals were slightly different but still able to swap around. The wheel spindle/axle maybe different

Both bandit 12 mk.1 and mk.2 forks share the same dimensions and are very interchagable. Same part number for mk.1 and 2 stantions. Only real differences are in the fork bottoms where the  mk.1 mudguard mounts from the top (like a brace) and mk.2's mount from the side of the forks. Mk.2 has a spacer instead of the speedo drive with no protrusion on left fork to catch the tab on a speedo drive.

Cheers for that, just mk2 forks seem to be cheeper.
