Gsxr Front seat comparability

Thinking of changing the seat on my gsxr 1100 86

 I have Got a 1100 slabby big long seat,

Was wanting to get some stuff of fiberman

And my big long seat is not compatible with what I want I could use some roll mat but wanting to retain some comfort I thought about using a 750 front seat pad

I know that 750 has a split seat and if I move the rear mount from the back to the front on the 1100 I should be able to use this seat.

I have seen seat which look right but are for 88 to 90 seats.

was wondering what seats I can get to  fit with the least hassle will slingshot seat fit will srad seat pad fit, has anyone got experience of seat swapping.

I am going to use the foam out of a slingshot and get it mounted to a Ali base and then recover

My mate is a professional upholsterer and always said if you want a thinner seat, use some higher density foam, or even dual layer, that way it stays reasonably comfortable. When I've had seats done by him in the past could ride quite easily untill fuel stops, whereas ones I've cut down have literally been a pain in the butt

I like the idea, if I was going full race, this would solve my issue, I was wanting a seat I can remove as fuse / electrics are under seat for access, could always move them but where?!
