nightrider
For static balancing i have a similar method as arnout. I use a piece of safety wire as a feeler gauge and set all the butterflies or slides to that height. Any thin gauge wire will do. Then finish balancing with carb sticks or the like when in the bike. I use the Motion Pro sticks. Pretty common Edited August 3, 2016 by nightrider Quote Link to comment

jacktar01
I got a set of sealy vacuum gauges to balance my carbs they seem to work really well as they have damping screws to reduce the fluctuations on the needles Quote Link to comment
