Ben Slabby
U704... France /Germany? I had one with a U704 prefix and was told head and cams. Whether this was right, I never fully found out. Not much help, sorry. From memory, it was @Del who mentioned it. There's not much he doesn't know about oilboiler lumps. Edited June 22, 2016 by Ben Slabby Quote Link to comment
FJD
this should be the GU74C 1052 lump then. The engine itself should be the same ereywhere, restrictions could be in carb tops (slides don´t go up all the way), carb jetting, inlet rubber reduction, or exhaust reduction. just check these points to find out Quote Link to comment

kokolis
I bought a german slabby back in 88 for parts, different pistons and a tooth less on the crank. Quote Link to comment
Rsk_141
Just had DVLA on the phone saying, because of recent events my bike could be deported for being a toothless crank, Edited June 25, 2016 by Rsk_141 4 Quote Link to comment
