Jdeac1981 Posted May 31, 2016 Posted May 31, 2016 Hi all. New on hear and a Bit new to this side of building. But I have a bandit 1200 mk1 motor in a gsxr750 frame. ( will be starting a build thread soon) my question is what other looms could I use on the 1200 motor as I'm having trouble finding a full loom to start the project of. As I want to get it up and running. Then strip it down and do the full build up. Hope you lot on hear can help I've heard good things! Cheers jon Quote
Jdeac1981 Posted May 31, 2016 Author Posted May 31, 2016 Thought I should add that I just brought it as a rolling chassis. So I have a lot of parts to source. Just looking for looms that will work. cheers jon Quote
Gixer1460 Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 (edited) Bindits have bits no others have so unless you want to start hacking and chopping (which you might anyway) then stick with Bindit! Edited June 2, 2016 by Gixer1460 Quote
Jdeac1981 Posted June 1, 2016 Author Posted June 1, 2016 I see. Done a Gsxr 750 before with no trouble. Just new to the bandit stuff. was not sure ig a Gsxr 1100 loom would work?? cheers for the reply Quote
Gixer1460 Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Different ignition ecu, different clocks etc so you'd need the Blandit plugs anyway unless you swopped to everything to suit the loom. Quote

Del Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Btw should have metioned that you can keep the b12 pick-ups,they are the same as the gsxr, gsxf, etc 1 Quote
