AsaNZ
I am running almost the same with an '86 and a 907. BST 36mm with K&N 130 MJ 37.5 PJ 2 turns out on the air 2nd clip on the Factory pro Config 3.0 needle (different profile). Has been run with an air/fuel meter and is right in the sweet spot for most of the throttle range. I tried a whole range of main jets while doing this. Its still a bit lumpy at low revs but I need new emulsion tubes. It also took me a while to get the floats right (15.5mm seemed to work with my set up) Aaron Quote Link to comment
Antman
Thanks Aaron Are the jets your using the factory pro ones? Or Mikunis? Im thinking that I will most likely go for the factory pro 3.0 kit. Incidently prior to new emulsion tubes and needles jetting was ok. A look under glass showed the emulsion tubes had gone oval and the needles had an obvious wear mark, so the wear was allowing a richer effect, never thought that it would be such a marked difference.
