Jonny Posted December 2 Posted December 2 Hi there, Has anyone got a photo of the wiring under the tank, like the one below. I’m trying to de-streetfighter my slabby. I have got the clip-ons and headlight bracket on but I seem to have too much loom, even though I’m using the original wiring. Quote
Toecutter Posted December 2 Posted December 2 (edited) The excess gets shoved in the recess towards the headstock past the coils. All wiring routing is clearly pictured in the factory manual. If you don't have one to hand I can take pics and post for you if req. Edited December 2 by Toecutter Missing info Quote

I do have the factory manual but it seems to start with the K model. The problem is with the main loom where it exits the frame (marked with an arrow below). It seems to have bends already in it that seem to fit with it running around the perimeter of the frame, but that leaves me with 4 or 5 inches too much at the headlamps. Also the anti-drive wiring seems to be about 8 inches too long. If you can post a photo that would be really helpful. Jonny Quote
Simbec1863 Posted December 3 Posted December 3 Ignore the aftermarket coils in my pic,the wire harness breakout can be seen and the main harness runs down the left side of the bike. Side view of bike shows harness run, next to then under LHS frame rail, hope this helps added cable and hose diagram for H model 3 Quote

I was trying to run the cable down the right side of the frame. I'll try it the other side, and hopefully things will line up. Jon 1 Quote
