Gs1000 cylinder head tuning, needs skimming, porting,1mm over valve seats fitting, 1mm over kibblewhite valves fitting, kibblewhite guides fitting, Andrews S2 cams fitting/ setting up, needs to be a pro job, in UK, any recommendations.

+1 with Roger Upperton (Leeds) did hear he was retiring but been hearing that for about 10 years

Could also try Dom Tricket @ TVR Power - he's done some nice work in the past for commercial tuners and ProStock racers!

Debben are my go-to for this sort of thing.
