Has anyone found a working method to fix this kind of damage?

So I'm having a massive leak from choke circuit pipe on third carb.

I tried to fix it with Permatex steel weld, but it couldn't withstand temperatures and became soft after a day.

JB weld, the epoxy putty type? By the look of things it will be easiest if you split the bank to work on the individual problem carb too so you can support the brass thingy as the putty sets.
