Baron Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 Has anyone found a working method to fix this kind of damage? So I'm having a massive leak from choke circuit pipe on third carb. I tried to fix it with Permatex steel weld, but it couldn't withstand temperatures and became soft after a day. Advices and ideas needed... Quote
Dezza Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 JB weld, the epoxy putty type? By the look of things it will be easiest if you split the bank to work on the individual problem carb too so you can support the brass thingy as the putty sets. Quote
Baron Posted September 2, 2023 Author Posted September 2, 2023 Thanks for the reply. I ordered some J-B High Heat Epoxy Putty and will try that. 1 Quote
