Teapot exhaust manifold identification.

Hi. I'm looking for an exhaust for a motorcycle I'm building and something like this caught my eye. Described as to GSX750F 89-97. Have you ever encountered such a thing?

First gen 600 and 750 teapots were all dual exhausts. No idea what that's off of. Looks like it was OEM on something by the shitty welds. Also the spacing looks wrong and usually 2 & 3 are slight proud of 1 & 4 for clearance issues.

I had the standard factory "duplex" type header on my '97 F like so :

Never seen one like in your picture though, but i didn't delve into teapottery that much, i just ran it for a year and sold on

When I took a closer look at this photo, I have doubts whether it is suzuki at all. Clamps look permanently welded, and pipes 1 and 4 have them flat.
