Gsx-r 750w GR7BB Type approval / COC document

Hi Guyes.

The danish government has made new rules regarding Noice. They will do a DB measurement at the side of the road and will give you a huge fine if the noice is to high. 

The problem is that me as owner/driver has to be able to supply document of how mutch DB it can produce. Since its a german imported bike, there exsist no Type appoval /  COC document in the the tech inspection / Goverment data base. 

Does anyone has one where the DB level is listet? 

It is a 750W GR7BB from 1993

Surely if they were sold new back in the day in your country, Suzuki Denmark can get you that ? (Obviously not for free) 

Since they're specific to each vehicle the police might find it weird if in the process they actually check the conformity of the certificate in regards to the bike they're checking, and it turns out to be a different bike and a certificate not from denmark ?

The problem is there exist No one from Denmark as the bike is importet from germany.  The bike i have is a GR7BB and the one sold in Denmark is GR7BA. 

I tried to contact Suzuki Denmark, and they told me they were not able to get one

I think they were coded GR7BA GR7BB GR7BC GR7BD, but i have no idea why the letter changes.

My 93 was GR7BD, but clearly was the same as yours i guess

I have a 92 frame and title in my name, i'm not with it at the moment but i think the sound level will be indicated on it if that could be of any help  ?

Should be a noise compliance plate affixed to the chassis or exhaust.

Thats something you see on modern bikes. I don't think oilcooled or W bikes ever came with noise levels included on the frame plate.

My GR7BB is also from Germany and I think the decibels were given in the German "brief". In Poland, I had to hand over German documents at registration

There is nothing on my frame that indicates Sound levels. 

Losui donyou have any documentation on the DB levels ?

There is on my Australia plate 1100WS. Maybe it is a country specific requirement?

I checked the documents and unfortunately I did not make a copy, I gave everything back at registration.
