wraith Posted July 9, 2020 Posted July 9, 2020 Going to ask this, but think I know the answer Long bit Looking at one of the projects, I'm using a srad front end so will need to go to electric Speedo, so thinking of b6 sprocket cover with Speedo bit in it but will need to drill and tape the b12 output shaft to put the Speedo bit on the sprocket side. Or here is the question can you use the b6 output shaft in the b12 motor with the b12 gears on the b6?? Quote
fatblokeonbandit Posted July 9, 2020 Posted July 9, 2020 Short answer.. NO!! but drilling the shaft isnt difficult, they are case hardened so the middle bit isn't hard, done it 3 times now. sharp drill correct speed and off you go 2 Quote

gray711 Posted July 9, 2020 Posted July 9, 2020 Is it not possible to use a sprocket nut that incorporates the hall sensor? Sure I read somewhere many moons ago that an early zx10 item is usable - unsure if the castle protrusions would match up to the sprocket cover sensor though?.....Just a thought 1 Quote
