wraith
Progressive fork springs and for road use (depending where/what road) SAE15 or 20 fork oil. I say this weigh of oil, as been down to a ex TT racer who has a bike shop near me and dose bike set ups, and when chatting to him, he says a SAE20 is good for road bikes. Quote Link to comment
