The Pingel tap is part number 6211-AH and the adapter plate is A-1602C. Both parts are the same as the Mk 1 Bandit.

Banoffee has good suggestions. Pingel will fit:
  4. Thanks, Captn!! The "black" carbs are actually a dark grey that Cerakote calls "Cobalt."
  5. Two recent Cerakoted carb jobs: Silver... Burnt Bronze... Better pic of the carbs on the previous page...
  6. Here ya go! This is from the face of the pressure plate to the inside of the clutch cover where the outer cover bolts on.
  7. I’ll measure this later today and post up. They have the CAD file, so I’m sure they’d be happy to mill another. I know they have one on the Bandit that’s in their shop.
  8. Perhaps, yes. If you want, I can take any measurements you need.
  9. Thanks, Captn! Yeah, my buddy down in Matthews uses JetHot. I may give them some business later this year...need this f'n virus to clear out!!
  10. Agreed on the thickness/heat dissipation of powdercoat. I have a few valve covers that I'll spray with Cerakote and report my findings.
  11. I masked off and Cerakoted the outer clutch cover. i now think I'll use Cerakote on engine covers rather than (far thicker) powder-coat. Has anyone done this or had engine covers ceramic coated? I know you can have exhaust systems ceramic coated, so it should hold up well.
  12. VIR is just 80 miles from my house. I haven't been up there for a year or three, so it may be fun to meet up.
  13. Part numbers are different, but that doesn't mean they aren't interchangeable. I'm certain you'll get a definitive answer on this.
  14. Refurbed carbs and Brembo rear master with integrated reservoir bolted up. I finally got the fueling dialed in, too.
  15. If you want to make it easy on yourself, buy the Holeshot kit.
  16. It works! https://vimeo.com/373640196 I can't figure out how to embed the video as copy-paste fails to work, but the link works. A squirt of paint and they're done!
  17. I've seen others do that, but making only a ring on my lathe wouldn't be much fun.
  18. I cut M4 x 0.7 threads in both ends and turned a knob from delrin: All that's left is welding and a little paint.
