When did they change? Never heard that before. Want to find a 520 15 tooth sprocket for mk1 Bandit 12.

Anyone know if all the oil cooled lumps use the same gearbox output shaft spline?
-
Anybody have dimensions handy for Bandit 12 solid engine mount spacers please?
-
Brilliant
Just what I was looking for.
Thanks fella.

After baseline wheelbase and gearing for the Bulldog?
Stock Bandit 12 in Slabby 750 frame with stretched swingarm, no fairing, for now.
No idea where to start and want to save time and money.

Is the fuel in the tank fresh?
Doesn't like sitting too long.
I've been there.
Had similar problem on Trumpet I bought cheap.
Previous service invoice showed tappet shims had been done. Cam timing was out.

But is the welder a bird shit dispenser, or can you weld?

Raask are a bit crap really. Sorry.
The build quality is dire.
Tarozzi are much better, be in the same place as the rocking horse shit.
Make some adapter plates to take late model GSXR items.

While its idling spray carb cleaner around the inlets.
If idle increases noticeably you have an intake leak.

Want one.
Did you make it?

Welcome back.
One of my favourite builds from the old site.

Fuck me!
That's stunning.
Gonna print that off for the cave for inspiration.

Failing that it is possible to bleed the brakes without cracking the bleed nipple.
-
Need to get it much hotter than you think.
I'd imagine the caliper is probably overdue a strip and service.
Strip it right out and then you can heat it properly without melting the seals.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I know this will be a contentious question with as many answers as there are bikes, but which is the best for a spot of CRMC proddy racing???
regs say 1973 to 1986 un modified, basically standard road bike with brake hoses, road legal race can and new shocks,
which ones have decent wheel sizes to get proper tyres for?? EFE has 16 inch front doesn't it, is that the most powerful, as I'm not as slim as I used to be and the more power the better??? anything cheap out there,, and what's an 1100 ez like??? can you get 19 inch race tyres???
I'm used to big unwieldy bikes on the track as I stupidly raced a bog standard 1200 bandit in the streestocks for 3 years 15 years ago, so I am well used to coming at the back as I was rubbish at t, BUT it was the most fun I've ever had so am thinking about another go before I'm too old and worn out and cant get me leg over anymore............................
Any advice will be gratefully received and probably ignored if something really cheap turns up
Wasn't you that used to jump the mountain at Cadwell, land on the back wheel, then wheely off into the distance?

Can you make an adaptor plate as suggested above?

You can buy them now.
Price is very good.

I made adapters for the ABBA stand that bolt to foot peg hanger mounts. You can strip the bike to the bare frame like that.

So glad this forum is back.
Have had too much time on my hands without it, and ended up buying 2 Hardly's.
Have been bitten by the drag racing bug at the Bulldog, so will get on with building my 1200 Bandit engined, i know, it's still basically cooled by air , GS1000 sprinter.
Wes Cooley paint done, 50 bhp nitrous kit in the shed, stretched BFT swing arm ready to fit, turbo to come later when i sell my soul.
Perfect timing to have access to this mine of info again.
Thanks guy;s..
