What I know about the 1100 swap ...or what I think I know....
Loose the side motor/frame bracing and it.'s a straight swap. You can use the 750 wiring harness, just note the increase in rev limit.

Brakes and rotor are a sweet find! Strange for them to be on a road bike, not a track bike!?!?!?!?

Did Yoshimura make cams and sprockets for the GSXR 400 GK73 ? If so, do you have the part numbers?
-
Please let us know if you find something from another bike that fits the W! I tried a Busa set....no luck.

Can't bring myself to dry or wet store for the winter. Sun pops out like today and I can get 5-10 miles in with each.

It's all in where you are from. ie How do you say "Aluminum"?

Seems to hold headlight just as well as oem. I hope to use this on a back up bike soon.....depends how much garage time "moma" will let me have!

talking of security, have you seen them van's that have the floor cut out ? they open the rear doors reverse over the bike and shut the doors, then lift up the bike and their off
You kidding? If not I'm scared!...or is that just in London? The last time I was in the UK, bike theft was a huge topic! Post a video!

Around here, stolen bikes are done by snapping the steering lock, then driving a screwdriver into the key lock. So when the bike is recovered; you have to replace the key ignition regardless. Nothing stops a meth-head or crack head....or two big motherf.... with a van or truck!

This fits multiple Suzuki's, but here it's a '93 GSXR 750 top triple on '95 GSXR 750 forks, going on a Bandit 400.

Maybe we are miscommunicating? The OEM replacement full floating rotors should only be around $500. The full kit with bigger rotors, calipers, etc..is around $1,500-$2,000. Here is that kit getting ready for a different bike.

Just the rotor are not much more than OEM style replacements by EBC. You have to call or email them for the price, as it's not an advertised part. They supplied them for some old school gsxr's running the TT events.

"95 GSXR 750 front end gets PFM rotors and 6 piston Nissin calipers. Links for parts are in the description.

Post pictures of inside the tank. Remove the petcock and post pics of the screen.

I've heard of people using this to repair tubes.

Sick of these phone distracted drivers!

It was tricky...but yes checked and double checked all floats! All were in spec.

Just out of interest, have you set the float heights and by what method ? I've just done the FCR on my DR650 properly and it does make a difference.
Set to 9mm with this: https://a.co/d/c7QiVJ1

Bought a 750 W for parts, now I’m thinking about keeping it.

Yes, the banana from a '93 bolts in. Just have to use the '93 linkage too.
