Boost is electronically variable on a dial. No lag, boosts well and clean from about 3000rpm
facet pump for oil scavenge

Cheers mate. Only a week and i get to see what it will do with 7 miles of sand to play on :-)

Cool. I cant wait now. Got everything sorted barring few jobs to bike.

Im riding too. Looking forward to it. You allowed to set records Kev or just run what you brung for 1 day entry?

I have a full system that makes it really quiet. I put that on for noise testing. Then i have a slash cut i put back on after. Going to try make somthing in between if i get chance.

i have just (roughly) welded up an 'exhaust' that I can slip my end can and link pipe into, can be slipped out with just removing a bolt so will see if it's too load on the track without it.
What do they do if it is too load on the track? Just warn you and tell you to make it quite rot kick you off?
If they think its too loud on track they just call you in and have a word. Just sort it out. Mine is loud stood still but ok under load. Not had any issues yet.

Will have an exhaust on unfortunately to make it quite enough :-(
would a sock do the trick?? Haha
I have a full system that i put on for sound testing. Put the stubby back on after. On the move on track turbo damps out enough noise not to set ride by monitors off

How close is the up pipe to hitting the front wheel under suspension compression? Looks like it will touch which wouldnt end well

Another turbo bike out. Im doing sunday too. Cool. Just make sure your under tge 105bd noise limit.
At least for sound testing ;-)

Depends what model. TD04 are ok and any of the IHI VF range even better. Needs to be from a petrol not a diesel

Oilcooler under the seat? How does it do for temperature?
Nothing but electrics under the seat ;-) 2 coolers up high and in front are more than good enough, big intercooler makes a big difference too

It defeats the point as its kept to a bare minimum, nothing on it that isnt essential, all extra weight and bulk to add a fairing.
Coolers are plenty safe enough, out of the way of anything flicked up by the wheel and in the best position for maximum cooling.
Yes Viz its been lowsided and barrel rolled, Loopy had tons of fun fixing the tank. Also highsided it too.
:-)

Then that defeats the point. Lol

Sucked the air filter in. Lol
1st run 5psi
last run not really sure. Boost gauge broke. Around 13-14psi.

Ive been running igniteks on my gsxr's and spondon for 4 years now. Kick the arse of dyna crap. Its same size as standard cdi. Just plugs in and you can connect up to your laptop and tune away. Can change advance at 500rpm intervals, 2 stage rev limiter, shift light etc etc. All with no extra modules. And if you mess it up just re-load standard settings. Really good bit of kit

My Spondon

Though would put a few recent pics up. Busy bike this year, Record setting at Pendine, my only roadworthy bike at the mo and just coming into track day season. Not many get used and abused (as they should) like mine :-)
