  1. Soaking them with a bit of penetrating oil and some heat should help get them out  but a lot of it is down to luck as @spiderpigsaid 

    Also the condition of them can be a factor, if they are totally trashed they always harder to remove :(

  3. Plans going forward change clocks, 

    Got WN usd front end to go in and try and source a original top half fairing when funds allow

  4. You can learn by watching, informing and doing, start small, and like others have said use the Internet and your phone to take video or pics (y)

    And give yourself time, if you rush you will probably fuck up (though everybody has) and if a job is going to take a few days, make a note of where you have got too so things don't get missed 

    But most importantly have fun and enjoy it :)

  6. Big old 4 into 2 if I remember right any of the gsx 750 exhausts from the early 80s should fit, think Marvin do a nice replacement for about £350 which would save you some cash and weight(y)
