Preliminary design...

Hi , it's been a while.... I decided to simplify my setup and save some weight. I didn't like the look of the plenum and my subframe. got myself a Miller welding machine and having fun with it. Made a new plenum and started on the subframe. I want my bike running by the end of the month.

Crank & rods.. Case clearances... 1700 cc Injectors... 400 l/hr Fuel pump... Talked with APE yesterday about my pistons order, apparently JE lead time is 8 weeks and CP up to 16 weeks ! Cheers, MM

That's the plan. Turbo, fuel system and other components carefully selected... I'll share the dyno sheet after tuning and videos / timeslips going down the track next season. Don't underestimate those 1100 wc motors. MM

Hi everyone, The girlfriend was bogging me for a backrest when we were going on rides on my M109R... One day, I told her:" to go look in the garage, I found your backrest, it came with the rest of the bike" ! Found a 1988 Intruder 750 with only 1631 kms on it. Got Collector plate. I put her thru motorcycle school and now the bike has almost 9000 kms on it. Here a pic from one of our BC Frasier Canyon & Sunshine Coast tour. Anybody else has / had an intruder?

I'm feeding it from both ends and return from the middle.

I'm also planning on building another plenum with less angles in it.

79.5mm bore x 65mm stroke = 1290 cc 1994 GSXR-1100 WC.

Hi guys, I know it's been a while... About 3/4 done with my build. awaiting pistons & rings then I'll start the harness. The build: - 94 RF frame (1/2) - 1290cc motor - 30/27 valves + HD spring set @ 85 lbs - Webcam .383 / .342 - Gen 1 Busa 46mm TB - Custom fuel rail / -8 fuel line - 400 l/hr fuel pump - 1700cc injectors - Garrett GTX3576R Gen 2 turbo on Ethanol - MaxxEcu Sport - 68-70" wheelbase - Custom sub-frame - Air to water intercooler running iced water - Gen 2 Busa 3/4 bodywork for rider position / aerodynamics ( my RF bodywork was cracked and the riding position didn't permit me to hide behind the screen) It's crazy the amount of fabrication on a turbo bike. i like the challenge / engineering part of it. Should be ready by spring. I got help from friends.
