    Wheel swap

Back wheel, sprocket carrier made 2 mm smaller, spacer on that side also to keep chain in line with 1100f sprocket carrier. By not doing so wheel stays 5 mm out of the middle, also with 1100r wheels. Now only 3 mm... Rf900 wheel 170 tyre max, 1100r wheel 180 tyre no problem. Made rear calliper arm a one off with 1100r rear calliper holder to make my gsx750f calliper fit! Lot use original 1100f calliper on 1100r holder and make those holes bigger so 85 mm distance from callipee fits 80 mm of calliper holder... Over here ánd on german site is a howto to fix 1100r wheels in 1100f. Same way as written above

    Wheel swap

Front wheel rf900, new bearings for smaller wheel axle, speedo worm thing from gsx1100r made smaller to fit 1100f axle, little bigger brake discs from gsx750f and brake callipers 9 mm spaced more to the middle of the wheel. For using much bigger 1100r braking discs you need some plates between fork and brake calliper. I used brakes little bigger than standard with 290 mm to not use those plates but only spacers. Also better braking calliper

    gsx750f 5.5J

Chain will fit with 1100f sprocket carrier. Compare its size with the originial one these days. Get tomorow a rf600 4.5 wheel but thats to easy and 160 not much difference with the 150 on original 3.5 wheel. I quess with other bearings the 5.5J will fit the 17mm axle. Sprocket carrier get the gsx750f 17 mm spacer inside made little shorter to fit. Use the original spacer on brake side and also an extra one where my brake adapter can be welded on. Narrow fit and curious if it turns out this way I planned

    gsx750f 5.5J

Quess this 180 won't give much problems in original swinger accept less space for rear caliper adapter
  6. Read b12 carbs have one gas inlet while 1100r and 750f have 2like the original powerscreen so prefer those. Also read German pdf adjusting b12 carb to 2 inlets but quess eassier to take some carbs already have 2 inlets.
  7. I understood inlet rubber use the one of wich engine carbs come from, distance oilboilers the same. Just wondering Someone has same setup and like to share some settings:)
  8. Been reading a lot of topics about carburation, stil have some questions not able to find. What type of 36 mm are best choice (spacing, setting etc), gsx750f ones have plastic inside for example quess not ideal. Are all 36 mm inlets the same? Have some from gsx750f, will they fit on 1127 engine with 36 carbs of 750r/1100g for example. Someone can give some basic settings to start with, standard air filter in original housing, standard engine with 4 in 1 exhaust.
  9. 14/48 is fine by me for my gsx6-11f, became fast bike
