750 has fatter header I believe? Gsx750/1100r also may be an option? Got a 1100 slabby stainless steel header on my 750f with original oil pan.

I got a first type swinger with 5.5J with 170 tyre, 180 would be tricky with tyre standard offset sprockets. A b600/rf600 etc have 4.5J for 160 tyre and fit original sprocket carrier. I have one for my gsx6/11f.

Gsx750f discs on rf900 wheel with matching bearings and 1100r/rf900 speedoo drive made for smaller gsx1100f axle. Four pod nissins on spacers Brake arm home made

Most use 1100r wheels, rear almost plug and play, front no rocket science. 1100r discs need adapterplates, 298? Mm 600/750f, rf600, b600 etc discs just 9? mm spacers. I used rf900 wheels, rear little more work than 1100r but I am not an enormous technician or so and with a little help got it done: Better brakes and sticky tyres with a 170 rear on a 5J wheel (standard for rf900 and more space for chain)

None, all need adjustments, some more than others

Let me phrase that a little different: I ve seen a short video on youtube with a gsx600f with a busa engine
-
There is also one dragracer with a busa engine
-
An 750 engine not an idea?

The cold air thing is a good point, I ll also give it a try

Its a long shock with a long fork beneath. I couldnt find one so bought a brandnew expensive hyperpro (Dutch brand) shock 10 longer than standard. So ironic: the 10 mm extra length together with a little shorter fork on the expensive shock... shock did not fit Had to take a mm or something like that of the uperside of the link the shock is mounted on

Matching bearings ? I have rf900 wheels but most take 1100r wheels. Read on a German site multiple how to's in the days https://gsx1100f.de/index.php?sid=36e522c1f07179e5f3c295860790a484

I have a 600f with an 1100f engine, would almost say "if I could do it..." You have to consider also other exhaust and chainsprocket ratio. Your original brakes wont do the job the way they should en your original frontend is also not overrated

Nooo, a 5.5J is tight in original swinger, verry narrow fit A 4.5 is almost plug and play

Hi all In my gsx750f '90 I have a 5.5J wheel with 170 tyre in original swinger; narrow fit. In my gsx6/11f I also like bigger wheel and read somewhere overhere that a newer type swinger is an easier way and even can handle a 180 tyre. My question is: what are all parts that have to be changed besides wheel, swinger, calliper etc.? Dogbones first model wont fit for example but which wishbone for example? I didnt make much kilometers with original parts, all new, revised (new bearings, seals, etc) etc but a bigger wheel keeps comming back in my mind
-
Isnt the construction more important than thickness?
-
I made the lower hole in fork bigger from 8 to 10 mm

-
Isnt this the adapter you re looking for? I thought it was for a slabby but had them being made for my teapot for better calliper. Don't remember where I found them inc sizes etc

Type with 3 spoke wheels

First type has small wheel, 140 normally, 150 max they told me, 3.5J?
