  1. Cheers Joris I'll get them.taken back out and adjusted
  2. Does anyone happen to know a ballpark figure for the mixture screws as standard. Im working on one at the minute but the carbs are in a right state. Had to get the snap on blowtorch on the mixture screws to get them to cone out, but couldn't wind them in until they seated to find out how many turns out they were. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
  3. I went with GSXR11 arm as I had one sitting. Be easier to use B12 arm as it's one less bracket (torque arm mounts to frame on GSXR rather than onto arm on 12). There are a load of photos of the brackets I made and TIGd in in my build thread.
  4. Yeah if I finish the EF I'll get it loaded up. Long way off yet but away for paint next week. Then a mad rush to strip and powdercoat and put back together
  5. Theres a few of us driving up from the lakes so I'll drop in. Dont think the bike will be ready as its going out for paint in March.
  6. Ive just been back out to the garage @ZenViking. The brown ties Into slot 5 on the clock multiplug. Your right, the white was tied to the earths for the back lights. Orange tied together with several others? so at a guess a switched live? And the brown the feed from CDI? Just starting on the Rioja before I get soldering
  7. 2 sets here and both the same. The wiring from the multiplug down the loom is as you say. Clock internal wiring is different. Some matches the wiring in the main loom, some is different
  8. Does anyone happen to know what wires do what for an EFE tacho? I'm chopping a set up to mate to a bandit 1200 clock loom, and the EF tacho has a white, brown, and an orange. The white came through the back of the clocks and tied into the earths for the back lights. The B12 tacho has a black with white tracer, black with red tracer, and an orange with green.
  9. One on Eblag now starting price 1500. Been sat and needs work
  10. Cheers @OilyspannerI'll cut some out at 188 centres. Top man
  11. Hi does anyone know the eye to eye dimension of 1100L dog bones? Need a set to mock up an 1100 arm in an EFE. Thanks
  12. I think I'll make up the front and lower mounts, mount it on them and go from there to see what I need to change
  13. Cheers @davecaraI had heard this same thing from @Captain Chaosas well. I'm just going to do them with my plasma cutter and diet grinder I think. By 2mm longer do you mean increasing the dimension 46mm to 48mm?
  14. Found the info I needed in the vault on here. Posting up the link in case anyone stumbles on this thread and is looking for the same information http://oldskoolsuzuki.info/archives/308
  15. Cheers @Duckndivefor the info mate
  16. Cheers @Stevemilne750 and @Swiss Toni, just spoken to chris and he said they don't fit the 1100EF. I was hoping for an off the shelf quick solution so I can just throw this engine in quickly.
  17. Starting a project with an EFE frame I've acquired. Have a B12 motor here doing nothing, does anyone have any info on engine mounts? I'm sure I've read on here that someone was selling mounts for this swap? Or have I dreamed that up whilst full of ale? Cheers
  18. I wonder if I can make this easier/quicker by just using a set of slabside yokes bored to 43 for the 5SL forks.
  19. I'm after a stem for a 90 750 slingy, to fit into some R6 5SL yokes. Wonder if anyone can help? Are slabside stems identical? Or rf6/900 stems? Just seeing what my options are as all the slingshot bottom yokes I've seen are stupidly priced. Cheers
