  2. It threw me at the time mate but I’m assuming the bore of a 16mm piston just doesn’t move the fluid far enough in one pull as a 19mm so it doesn’t lift to clear wich bye fitting longer push rod you would think would compensate but it doesn’t  odd but hay every days a school day

Got a new SPS lithium Ion battery same as the one I have had on my other turbo bike for nearly 5 years now as the JMT one gave up. Also messed around with different clutch pushrod lengths to no avail to stop the clutch drag. Whatever I did it aither dragged or slipped. Took coil spring clutch conversion to bits, put it back together and was slightly better. Will be taking it to bits again tomorrow. On the plus side engine runs sweet on low revs round the yard. IMG_20210819_143328.thumb.jpg.5ed00815e5c10272c8fa4f63f8eca10b.jpg IMG_20210820_192232.thumb.jpg.88d21a10e83749d7ff07bac1931d9b63.jpg IMG_20210820_152745.thumb.jpg.309cd6e27452de37d8aa0d331ccb46f9.jpg IMG_20210820_150046.thumb.jpg.7d8a23f0c793c167beb14b1dfc65a33c.jpg IMG_20210820_151528.thumb.jpg.4f9f069dd5ad40d9bb16ad4352efa8dc.jpg
