Yes a genuine Yoshimura alloy tank, wheels are forged aluminium Galespeed.

Yes, total abuse, rolling bunout bouncing off the rev limiter ( not me ). I ended up with the remains of the motor years later when the bloke had a clear out.

Running a 750 ignition box on a 1100 can seriously damage your crank

At a guess there a Brembo pad, they look the same as the pads in my ISR front calipers.

I grafted a complete 750K7 front end into my 750 SRAD. But it`s a while back, don`t think it needed a stem swop but the lock stops were no where near, so I had to create new ones.If I was doing it again I`d look to make works frame lock stops.

A friend was racing his K*M 300 in the two stroke class, I has a good look round the Harris but only took the one picture. As I road away thought I should have a go next year.

Got some head bearings so fitted some forks I had leaning up in the corner of the shed. Will not be using these just to stand it up to see if a big oil boiler engin will fit ok. I don't see any reason why not as the last engine it had was a 7.5 oil boiler but will find out tomorrow.
Friend of mine had GSX R 1100 motor in a Harris, the problem he had was chain run as the original GSX motor was wider. If I remember right he solved it with a dished drive sprocket so he could get the engine on the centre line of the frame & have a decent width rear wheel. There was a engine height issue as well as the chain was pulling down on the swinging arm pivot which effected the suspension.

Just been up to Donington park, somebody`s been spending some money all looking posh, the car park to the left beyond Caterham cars which last year at Endurance Legends was a bit muck & bullets has been tarmacked.
