Project on hold while I recover from mild heart attack !! Just reading through some old posts that say later type fork legs can be fitted to the slingy yolks. My forks are pretty well shot and I think a cheaper option is to fit something from a later bike. Sure someone must have done this upgrade and hoping I can get some good feedback from you guys ( as usual ) Ideally just need to swap the legs as wheel , calipers are all good. Thanks Gaz

Just bought a 1990 gsxr750L as a project , to go with the EFE / GSXR hybrid I already have ( dirt cheap as someone has previously butchered it to near death ). At some point I want to repaint the engine ( probably satin black ) and was hoping someone might be able to recommend something decent. Any help appreciated Gaz

Hi Guys , my EFE has got the usual goodies on it ( usd's and 1100 L rear end ). just messing now with side stand height. The standard one is too long and the cut down one Ive been using is past its best . I really need one that is about 1" shorter than standard and was wondering if an alloy one off a gsxr would fit ? Failing a suitable alloy one I'll just have to chop the standard stand. Anyone know if this alloy conversion has been done ? Cheers Gaz

Hi Guys , running an EFE with 1100M complete rear end fitted. All works fine , but just looking to upgrade again to maybe 750Srad swinger or Gixer1000 K1 K2 . Something that looks a bit beefier. Prior to taking endless measurements , just wondered if anyone had upgraded to this mod ? Is the 1100M rear wheel same as a later K1 K2 ? Swingers are cheap to buy but need to use as many existing bits as I can. Any help greatly appreciated. Been away awhile , so not quite a newbie !! Gaz
