Here is the exhaust under construction.316 stainless ending in the yoshi tri-oval silencer it came with although i am thinking whether to do something different with it,something like a Legend can perhaps..(sorry for the state of the shed guys,i normally have more room but i have the kids bikes taken half the space up making for less than desirable working conditions.)

Sorry guys,i knew i was fick but it will only let me load one at a time....where's my hammer? Heres one with the new frame, yokes and other parts fitted along with the original tank with my endurance style filler.Im using another tank for the conversion. This was just to make sure my wires and colis didn't foul the tank.

Ok,i think this should work, technology isn't my strong point!! Here is a second frame i bought as the original one had been shortened ('fightered!!).I copied the dimensions from the other frame for the shock mount but improved on the design and de-lugged and braced it while i was at it.

Hi bud and thanks.I have been having a scan through some posts and can see myself spending some hours dribbling over some of the motors on here.. Just to give a little taste of my bike it has a standard bottom end with flowed head, bespoke complete exhaust system with Yoshi can(im a welder lol),Rs Flatsides,Dyna coils, some Harris bits,K1 rebuilt front end,Renthals,Slab back end,Kw@k back wheel,de-lugged/braced replacement frame (last one had been shortened)with mono-shock re-work fabrication, standard plastics, endurance twin fill tank. It wasn't exactly what i expected when i got it home and although there were a lot of trick bits on it there was a lot of things i did not like. What was going to be a fixer-upper ended being a complete re-start,especially the frame as 6 inches were missing from the back....i wanted the Efe back to the big arse it had from the factory. I have nearly finished it.Its not a money pit by a long way as i am always juggling finances.Seeing some of the big builds on here makes me wish i could do the same.I have got the girl running just yesterday in fact although i need to source some 36 carbs as the Rs40's that came on it are way ott and is upsetting the plugs, not to mention my head/lungs in the shed!!!...Just need to get a Scitzu mounted, paint out sourced and the seat is still at my mates being recovered.April is my deadline, earlier the better.

Hi everybody....i thought it was about time i joined.I have known about the site for some time be it through magazine feature bikes and other mates. I have recently acquired an 84 EFE after selling my last (italian) project.I have been after something like this Suzuki for some time and saw it on Eblag and made a successful bid and that was it.It even already had some old OSS stickers on it!!!..My last Suzuki was a Gsxr Slingshot some time ago. Anyhoo,i always find forums helpful and insightful so here i am.My name is Shaun (sheep is my work nickname) and im the wrong side of 40 although the wife thinks i act more like a 12 yr old!!!Bikes have always been part of my life but unfortunately work and a mortgage takes some of my time away from them. Once i get to grips with the forums layout i shall put some pics up as i have been doing the old girl up.Its not fully finished yet and i still have a couple of niggles to iron out but its getting there. Thanks very much,Sheep.
