As title say bloody thing is stuck solid best suggestions to get it out using wd 40  tried turning with a socket and breakers bar  any help would be great

Is it stuck in the engine plate?

no  its stuck in the engine part  mount plate moves

Carefully heat the bolt with gas torch then  pour plenty water over it.  If you don't have access to gas torch Wurth do a realy good release spray but can't remember what they call it, good stuff tho
