Have you been using it ? Could be a dud battery or maybe you have charging problems. Check out the Electrosport website for a PDF of a fault finding flow chart for charging problems.

The bikes not on the road yet, almost there. Had starting problems & float levels. Battery didn’t seem to crank the engine over many times before it died, so I had it it tested & I was told it was knackered so I bought a new one. But I had to pull the carbs off & take the engine out. So I put the battery on an Oxford optimiser left it over night & it read 12.6v 0.68amps. Which I thought the amps should’ve come down to 0.00. I put the engine & carbs back in, but dash didn’t light up when I switched the ignition on, I put the battery back on the optimiser & it read only 4volts

What type of battery you using?

Just, start of the year I get a Motobatt battery for my bike, 3 motobatt batterys latter, went back to a Varta battery and (touch wood) had no problems.

Motobatt dealer told me motobatt are having a lot of quality problems (off the record xD)

So yes it could be a duff one which ever make ;)
