GSXR1100L suitable ex pipe dimensions

Hi, look's like I'm going to have to custom make an ex pipe for my Harris - can anyone assist with key dimensions - diameters -  primary and secondary lengths, recommendations of proven tweaks 

Layout that will work for me is a flat 4 into 2 - then 2 into 1 - - mid range is more important than a top end HP spike

Whereabouts are you ? I have Akrapovic full systems for both a B12 mk1 and a GSXR1100wp, both 4-2-1 if you want to measure them.

That's a bit far for coming round. I may be able to do it for you but when I'll get time to do a proper job is another matter. When do you need them by ?

The exhaust on my Kawazuki was bespoke obviously and had longer primaries and secondaries than would be usual for a std GSXR. At a guess (bike got sold last year) the primaries were 28 - 30" long and joined to the secondary's either side of the sump vee. These were about 12-14" long before the Y joint to the repacked V&H Supersport can. It make a bloody flexible, torquey 1186 motor - 144hp and 92 ftlbs using DJ kitted 36mm CV's. Got some pic's somewhere which i'll post later.

bluedog - many thanks for the offer, I've now got access to an Akra pipe -- say what now!? also thanks, that gives me a range to compare to - this is a few months down the road for actual build but thats the way it works for me
