t3 cosworth turbo upgrade ?

iv'e got a t3 standard turbo off a sierra cosworth that i'm going to have rebuilt as i'm going with a drawthru system on my gsxr1100 katana project & need to have the carbon seal fitted , anyone have one of these & have you had any mods done to it & what sort of hp & boost are you running ?

Fruitloop sorted my T3 being rebuilt at Universal Turbo's ....B|

1216cc makes 240BHP at 10PSI..................will do more at higher PSI and race gas........:tu

thanks for that , thats the sort of hp I'm looking for, did you have it rebuilt as standard or did they modify it apart from the carbon seal

Mr Dunlop sent me to Universal Turbos as well, they sent a courier to collect the turbo, stripped it down and rebuilt it to suit my engine.

Top service and not too expensive either.

It all ready had Carbon seal so it was full rebuild and swopped the hot side for a non gated housing  2day turn round ...:tu

I'm going to get my exhaust side swapped as the one off the cosworth sticks out a bit too much for my liking , if I could get one with no internal wastegate that would be good as i have an external one to put on
