You could  get some made. Lots of suzukis that year and size have them. from every 750/1000 to every 1100. 80-84 models. While you at it i would recommend you change ure bolts for the standard studs. Far easier to replace a stripped stud then to weld/rethread the bottom on the fork.

having the studs in also helps guide everything into place when fitting the front wheel. Assemble the wheel with the spindle, speedo drive and all the spacers and just guide it into place, locate the bottom caps and catch the nuts on the studs. line it all up and tighten up, spindle nut last, of course.
