b12 rear wheel spacers

Having brought a k3 b12 as a project (in an only half complete state) I seem to be about 5mm short on the spacers for the rear wheel.  Not sure what one I'm missing.  Perhaps one that goes between the caliper hanger and the swingarm?  Anyway heres some pics.

have you tried tightening up the rear wheel spindle/nut?

No it looked like it would squeeze the Swingarm further than I'm comfortable with unless that really is just the norm

There are 2 stele  plates missing that should be bolted into the inside edge of the swinging arm the protect the ally of the arm when its all tightened up
